AIR Zlatoust "Beluga" knife is a large carving knife for big and medium size fish, with a narrow blade and a sharp saw like serrations for cleaning the scales. The blade thickness of 2 mm has a direct drop that forms a thin perfectly cutting blade. The classical form of the handle comfortably and firmly lies in any hand.
