Payment and Shipping

All orders placed online need to be paid in advance. No package will be processed and shipped unless a valid credit card payment is received. Wholesale customers that have opened an account with Legion USA must call in with the order. Legion USA does not ship or sell firearms to the states of California, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts unless otherwise stated.

All items purchased at http://legionusa.com will be shipped within continental US. Most orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of the day the order is placed. Nevertheless, the orders containing firearms may require additional processing time and will be shipped. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS services, any inquiries or concerns regarding the shipping time should be addressed directly to shipping provider. Upon request any order can be shipped with an option to require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. However, for the orders of high value or those containing a firearm a signature from the recipient upon delivery will be mandatory.
