Description

AIR Zlatoust Fish-ka is a small fillet knife with a narrow blade for cutting fish. Blade is 2 mm thick and has lenticular grind, forming a thin, perfectly cutting blade. The handle is ergonomically shaped that comfortably and firmly lies in any hand. Handle guard does not allow slip off the fingers when cutting with away motion. Full tag design cannot be disassembled. An excellent choice for preparing fish.
