Description

The Russian Vepr 7.62x54r SVD style Russian blond furniture is a great alternative to the original SVD(dragunov) rifle that is banned for import. in the United States. Riffle was professionally outfitted with custom made SVD style furniture that is made exclusively for Legion USA by Izhevsk masters Russia. This high quality wood set incorporates a slotted handguard, ergonomic grip, engraved rubber buttpad, and original SVD cheek rest. Barrel is threaded allowing for a wide variety of muzzle attachments, rifle comes equipped with original SVD type flash hider. All you need is a Soviet optic which can be mounted via side scope rail, and you have a truly unique SVD clone. Due to the limited production this rifles are offered in small batches. NOTE: For 922R compliance rifle will be shipped with US made 10rd magazine !

This rifle is probably the most beautiful gun I have ever seen. The natural look and feel of the furniture along with the organic nature of the AKM platform make for a rifle that warms my soul. No other rifle can compete. As for the quality, everything is top tier. The metal work, craftsmanship, and pride taken are clearly evident. Right down to the owners manual and the quality control signatures of the employees at the Molot plant back in Russia. Although this isn't a real Dragunov SVD, it is the best clone you'll ever find, not to mention it'll be hard to find anyone who won't ask questions or admire the VEPR's beauty when your at the range. I highly recommend this particular rifle, mainly because I bought one, but any of the other SVD styles that LegionUSA carries won't disappoint you either.

Just got this delivered to my local gunstore today and couldn't be happier with it. The entire gun, but especially the hand carved wooden furniture, is simply perfection. If you're looking for a SVD clone this is it. I will be buying from legion USA again.
