The adapter is designed for mounting Mil-Spec / Com-Spec telescopic buttstocks with M4 buffer tuubes on AK/AKM based rifles.

When mounting the adapter, the axis of the barrel and the butt are aligned, thereby almost completely eliminating the effect of toss.
